Lipedema is a chronic condition of adipose tissue<\/strong> which mainly affects women<\/strong>, characterized by a disproportionate accumulation of fat in the legs, hips and buttocks.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Although it cannot be cured with exercise, a physical activity routine <\/strong>appropriate can be beneficial for improve quality of life and manage symptoms of lipedema.<\/a><\/strong> Here we present some tips and recommendations within the non-surgical treatment on exercises for people with lipedema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
